ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Prague and this place sure has stolen my heart for good. Praguer and proud.

My second home is Munich, however, there I lived and studied and study until now. I have travelled to many places around the world and more are still to be seen. My other matter of heart is Africa. I do love to go back there and certainly hope I shall have more possibilities to go there in the future. I can’t leave out the Alps, their peaks, glaciers, simply being in the mountains is such an energy charger and pleasure.

Sport has been an indivisible part of my life for as long as I can remember. So has good mood, good food and a will to discover new things. I have been lucky enough to meet people, who managed to excite me and move me forward. All of my experience, my inner setting and will to work with people are projected into my coachings, therapies, mentorings and workshops.
