Description:

  • Structured guided discussion, based on sharing, cooperation and synergies
  • Specific, professionally facilitated process, where the group solves particular personal targets and uses group wisdom.
  • Participants do not come from one team only

Aim:

  • Achieve or overdo the targets set at the beginning
  • The target is to commit to a change, which is necessary for growth, and it is also opening up to other group members

For: leading employees, who have a similar interest and skills and ARE NOT in one team.

MASTER SHARING

Description:

  • Structured guided discussions with a clear target, which the team wants to achieve in master sharing
  • Specific, professionaly facilitated process based on sharing experience, ideas and setting synergies in the team
  • The participants come from one team

Aim:

  • Achieve a clear target and be a part of fulfilling this target
  • Searching for new ideas, thoughts, its creation and connecting with other team members
  • The target is to commit to a change, which is essential for the growth and will lead to achieving the team target

For: Leading employees and their teams

REFLECTING TEAM

Description:

  • Structured moderated discussion, based on sharing, cooperation and synergy.
  • Specifically and professionaly facilitated process, where the group shares particular experience from a particular topic, then it gathers inspiration and eventually implements (1st part of workshop)
  • In the 2nd part of workshop the group comes with feedback from implementationand again shares their experience and gathers more inspiration

Aim:

  • Sharing experience, thoughts and ideas
  • Focused on experience with PARTICULAR implementation into practice
  • The target is to gather experience / inspiration from others, implement and provide feedback

For: All employees, who want to share their experience in a particular topic (…and usually connect to a common previous activity)
